These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Onssite platform and website at onssite.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Onssite provides field-crew management tools for construction and electrical businesses, including GPS clock-in, timesheets, payroll preparation, document signing, and job-plan viewing. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data without authorization, disrupting the Service, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you connect Google Drive, your use is also subject to Google's terms. Onssite accesses only the files you open or create with the app (the drive.file scope) and follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can revoke access anytime from your Google Account.
Some features are offered on a trial or paid basis. Fees, billing cycles, and trial terms are presented at sign-up or in your account. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Onssite assists with timekeeping and payroll preparation but does not constitute legal, tax, or payroll advice; you are responsible for compliance with applicable employment and wage laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onssite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
